Hi. I’m glad you’re soooo motivated in this journey of yours. Well, I am on my own journey too, but it’s to gain weight. Believe me, it’s as tough as losing weight, especially if it involves tons of weight training and muscle gaining instead of flab! (which I know we are both going through.)
I love your tips on making yummy pastries and making “cleaner” cheat foods.
However, I am not as motivated as you are to actually start a blog! I do record my ever-so-slow progress, but not dedicate a blog to it. =\
Cheers and good luck!!
Hi, thanks for the note!! Blogging is just another outlet I guess. It’s also a good way to document what I’ve gone through and if I ever stray, I know I did not have an easy journey to get this far!! Who knows maybe a few years down the road reading this may proof to be funny and entertaining?
Thanks again and good luck with yours too!!

oh well..
Hi there… I chanced upon your blog, read all your entries and felt very inspired. I am currently on my own weight loss program (for upteem times) and am on the verge of giving up. I felt that no matter what I do, it’s still the same. I tried all means and ways but still no use. After reading your entries, i decided that I want to start all over again. But how? What shall I start with?
Hi Jessy
Thanks for visiting. I think there’s a lot of things to look at when you want to embark on a plan like this – like your eating habits plays a huge role as well as you training intensity. I always thought I exercised enough and led a pretty active lifestyle and wondered why I never lost any weight – it was because I never quite changed my eating habits. I totally changed my eating habits this year and I saw huge improvements – e.g. eating more meals in a day, smaller portions incorporating lots of protein, veges and less on carbs. I also increased my workout intensity/duration over time.
It’s a huge combination of things and there is no one full-proof way of saying this is a right way. You can always drop me an email if you’re stuck somewhere and I can try to give you some advise based on my own experience but this is purely my own experience – i’m not qualified to advise people on weight matters
Have you engaged in a trainer or perhaps joined a gym?
Very Inspirational! I need advice on weight lost!
Hi Wilson,

I’m not really qualified to give advice on weight loss
I just had some good support system and watched my food intake.
